Is there a trial version available?

Yes, we offer a free product called "TacoSounds IR - Free Sample Pack." Please try our Cabinet IR sound.

Regrettably, our system only allows a maximum of 10 downloads per order. If you need to download more than 10 times, you will need to place a new order for the same product. I started downloading a purchased product but encountered a problem. What should I do?

Log in again from the person-shaped icon in the upper right corner of the screen and go to your My Page. There, you can re-download your purchased products. Please note there is a limit to the number of downloads. Be sure to save them carefully.

Technical FAQs

Can you share some tech details about your Cab Packs?

Absolutely! Our Cab Packs include sample rates of 96kHz, 48kHz, and 44.1kHz. They are compatible with most modelers, plugins, and load boxes. To reduce the folder access burden due to an increased number of files, we have adopted only 500ms files. For hardware that requires 200ms files, they will be automatically adjusted to the appropriate length upon import. Particularly, devices that fully utilize the 500ms files can achieve optimal performance and detail.

1. Use the 500ms Folder by default.
2. TacoSounds IRs are recorded at 96kHz, but many IR loaders use 48kHz.
Choose the appropriate sample rate for your setup.
3. When mixing with multiple microphones, it's recommended to use MPT (Minimum Phase Transfer)

Should I set my amp's knobs to the middle when looking for the perfect IR?

Cab IR is a tool that replicates the acoustic characteristics of a cabinet. The settings on the amplifier affect the tone, but Cab IR's effects operate independently. It's crucial to make sure it suits the sound both the amplifier and cabinet are looking for.

Will Taco Sounds IRs work with my gear?

Yes, they will! Our IRs are compatible with many devices that can import IRs in WAV format, such as digital amp modelers, plugins, and pedals. Please refer to the manual of your device to select the appropriate sample rate. Note that the handling of the files may vary depending on the hardware loader.
