TONE TUBBY™ 2×12″ Ovalback Cabinet
Hemp-cone Alnico Red × 2

The 212 TONEBY RED ITARU Signature is a 2×12 ovalback cabinet capture loaded with two Tone Tubby™ Alnico Red drivers — described by Tone Tubby as "the original Tone Tubby" and "the favorite of Carlos Santana and many others."

The hemp cone

Hemp fiber cones are more durable than paper, bringing the heat and tear resistance that paper cones lack. Tone Tubby describes the sound as "rich and smooth, unheard of from paper cone speakers" — voiced by the Alnico Red with silky rolled-off highs, a midrange with ample clean headroom, and a rock-solid bottom end at 50 watts per driver — the voicing that shapes this Itaru signature capture.
