Mix Files Overview
Mix two different microphones together to bring out their unique characteristics. Folder Features
① 200ms and 500ms Lengths
500ms captures longer reverb and spatial characteristics, providing a more natural acoustic environment. Many devices will automatically adjust excess length as needed.
② Three Sample Rates: 96kHz, 48kHz, 44.1kHz
Higher sample rates (96kHz) can reproduce higher frequencies and capture more detailed acoustic characteristics. Please note that compatible sample rates vary by device.
③ What are RAW and MPT?
RAW files provide more natural acoustic characteristics and are recommended for standard use. MPT files have minimized phase and are suitable when combining with other cabinet IRs.
